Data collected
The contact form collects only the data necessary to process your request:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the content of your message.
This information is required so that Archimedd can identify your request, respond to you and, where applicable, prepare the discussions necessary for your project.
Purposes of processing
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to:
- respond to your request;
- understand and analyse your needs;
- prepare or carry out, where applicable, the audit you requested;
- offer you commercial support tailored to your request.
Legal basis
The processing is based on taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Recipients of the data
The data is accessible only to authorised persons within Archimedd to the extent necessary to process your request.
It may also be processed by technical service providers required for the operation of the contact form, website hosting and message delivery, including Vercel, Resend and OVHcloud.
Data retention
Data relating to a prospective customer is retained for as long as necessary to process their request and for no longer than three years from their last contact with Archimedd. If a contractual relationship is subsequently established, certain data may be retained for different periods where necessary for the performance of the contract or compliance with a legal obligation.
Data transfers outside the European Union
Some technical service providers used by Archimedd may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, they are governed by the mechanisms provided for under applicable regulations, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or any other recognised transfer mechanism.
